Low season January-March and October-November(pre Thanksgiving week)
From Dec til Mar are consider low season, that is why if you travel during this period of time, everything seem to be cheaper!!

You should also be able to find good priced flights/hotels until end of June.
July and August is the two big high-season months to stay away from!
